Westhaven Park Station is a 96-unit mixed-income apartment residence located on Chicago’s Near West Side. The residence marks the final phase of redevelopment of the former Henry Horner Homes complex and satisfies the requirement to replace all affordable units that were lost when the homes were demolished.

The precast concrete building offers a total of 121,800 square feet with three retail spaces on the ground floor and residential units on floors two through 12.

Units are offered in one- and two-bedroom layouts and feature open concept floorplans, designer cabinets with solid surface countertops, Energy Star appliances, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and in-unit washers and dryers. A two-story amenity space connects the two buildings. The buildings’ exteriors will integrate a mix of brick, exposed concrete, and wood-tone Hardie board.

Within the two-story amenity space, residents will have access to a clubroom, concierge, sports bar, fitness center, and golf simulator. Outside, a courtyard will house a swimming pool and grill area.
